A coral does not have true circulatory because it doesn't have veins to transfer nutrients throughout the body instead the animals around such as fishes provide currents for the coral to moves it oxygena dn nutrients around the body. So as the outside moves around and it moves the water the coral begins to move it starts to the inside allowing for diffusion to occur and for the coral to live and carry out it's normal life.
