The sand dollar does not have a circulatory system. Instead, the sand dollar has a network of water-filled canals called the water vascular system, which helps the sand dollar move and feed. Seawater is pumped into their tube-like feet, which is connected to the canals of the sand dollar. These canals allow the seawater to travel throughout the body.
