The worm is has a closed circulatory system with blood vessels that has multiple hearts which are linked together with the brain and this how the worm moves it nutrients throughout the body.The blood is distributed from the ventral vessel into capillaries on the body wall and other organs and into a vascular sinus in the gut wall, where gases and nutrients are exchanged. All these gases and he moist environment such as water which allows oxygen and minerals to enter the body while they work and allow the worm to perform it's bodies needs to grow and carry out it's daily life task.
